The hotel is wonderfully located near the City Centre via the Metro, situated in a very pleasant neighborhood of West Jesmond. The rooms were clean but not deep cleaned; however, they were still comfortable. The service was top-notch, especially when the receptionist went beyond her shift to assist us. The dining experience offered continental options but could be more varied. The location is superb for exploring the city with easy Metro access. Rates are fair, considering the value.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice, but the outdoor wide screen televisions could be loud until late at night. The service was excellent, especially from the receptionist who helped us get a taxi after her shift ended. The location was convenient, close to the Metro for easy access to Newcastle city center. However, being on top of a pub made it quite noisy at times.
